Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing by executing a preventive maintenance program aligned with ISO 9001 QMS. You will work with internal and external teams to resolve equipment failures and identify process improvements across the facility.

Key duties include maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment performs as intended.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: High School or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a maintenance role with mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, piping and electrical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and provide permanent solutions to recurring issues.
• Perform lock out / tag out procedures.
• Inspect eye wash center, fire extinguishers and housekeeping monthly.
• Order machine parts and tools as needed.
• Maintain and repair facility structure, equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
