Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. You will execute a preventive maintenance program, troubleshoot equipment faults, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, performing lockout/tagout, and ordering parts as needed. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with HVAC systems, pipefitting, and safety regulations, plus the

Qualifications

HVAC systems experience.
Ability to perform pipefitting on water, gas, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to locate and install new plant equipment with electrical, pipe fitting, rigging, and millwright work.
Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for mechanical installations.
Ability to wear required safety equipment and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot and provide permanent solutions to recurring equipment issues.
Maintain lock out / tag out procedures.
Conduct monthly inspection of safety equipment and housekeeping audits.
Place orders for machine parts and tools; maintain facility infrastructure (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
Repair and maintain water systems, drains, pipes and related appliances; service pneumatic systems and pallet handling equipment.
