Zebra Technologies is seeking a production operator in a manufacturing setting to operate and adjust machinery, troubleshoot problems, and maintain quality and safety standards. You will inspect outputs, follow ISO procedures, and support continuous workflow on the line, while mentoring junior operators where appropriate.

Flexibility with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on safety and lean practices help drive efficient production in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or technical certification.
• 3+ years operating machinery in manufacturing or converting.
• Ability to read technical orders and set up tooling.
• Lift up to 50 lbs (22 kg) occasionally and work shift rotations.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, run, and adjust manufacturing machinery to maintain production flow.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished products against specs and ISO procedures.
• Adhere to 5S and safety guidelines at all times.
• Lead and mentor junior operators as needed.
