Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Mexico City seeks a Junior IT Infrastructure & AI Engineer. The role is hybrid with two days per week in-office.

You will support IT infrastructure—servers, storage, networking, OS, virtualization—and participate in AI initiatives and automation scripting. Requirements include 1–3 years of experience and an Associate degree in CS or related field; Python is preferred, with knowledge of Java/JavaScript and PowerShell or Bash.

Formación

• 1–3 years of technical IT infrastructure experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java/JavaScript.
• PowerShell or Bash scripting ability.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and APIs.
• Python applied to AI and data analysis.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support activities related to IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, operating systems, and virtualization.
• Participate in installation, configuration, documentation, and support of technology environments.
• Develop scripts or small applications to automate tasks.
• Participate in AI-related initiatives.
• Support PoC activities to evaluate new technologies and solutions.
• Use APIs and integration tools to connect applications, infrastructure, and AI services.
• Document configurations, procedures, test results, and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies related to infrastructure, cloud, automation, and AI.
