Nuvei is seeking a Technical Integrations Specialist in Mexico to support onboarding and ongoing integrations for merchants and partners on our SaaS platform.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure client requirements are met, manage projects, and communicate complex technical details clearly and proactively. A hybrid work setup is available to balance collaboration and independence.

Formación

• Experience onboarding clients to a SaaS platform.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and proactive communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering and support.

Responsabilidades

• Support new and existing clients with Nuvei platform integrations.
• Manage ongoing integration projects involving different internal departments and teams.
• Representing clients' interests in the company.
• Tracking events until cases are resolved with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist clients with sandbox development.
• Understand and communicate complex technical specifications & APIs.
