Job summary

Latino Legends is seeking an Engagement Specialist to manage the full initial funnel from brand awareness to qualification calls. You will engage prospects via podcasts, webinars, social posts, live events, and direct outreach, aiming to book portfolio analysis calls and gather NDAs and data promptly.

You will use scripts, workflows, and AI tools to drive rapid conversations, nurturing both qualified and non-qualified leads.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales development (SDR), inside sales, client success, or outbound B2B.
• Fluent written and spoken English required (Spanish fluency is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with CRMs (preferably HubSpot), LinkedIn, email automation, and scheduling platforms.
• Interest in real estate, finance, or prop-tech (prior industry experience is a plus, but not required).
• Equipment: Personal laptop/computer (BYOD) for daily work.
• Pre-Hire Assessment: Culture Index survey.
• Travel: Occasional travel to U.S. industry conferences or events (1-2 times per year).

Responsibilities

• Reply to every inbound lead, warm introduction, and positive response within one business hour.
• Execute daily engagement outreach by messaging qualified ideal client profiles who like, comment on, or share content.
• Run structured LinkedIn and email cadences; log all interactions in HubSpot the same day.
• Follow up with webinar attendees fitting the target client profile within 48 hours.
• Coordinate post-interview sharing kits for podcast guests while requesting referrals and reviews.
• Qualify each prospect against strict client profile standards prior to scheduling.
• Book qualification calls, confirm appointments, and own show rates.
• Prepare briefing notes for call hosts prior to each scheduled meeting.
• Nurture non-qualified leads with educational resources for future follow-up.
• Issue NDAs and data requests once a prospect agrees to a portfolio analysis call.
• Track document and data collection via persistent follow-up.
• Escalate uncollected data after 5 business days.
• Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot with accurate sourceTracking and next steps.
• Record call outcomes and pipeline stage updates promptly.
• Review daily performance metrics and participate in Call Lab feedback loops.
