Emma Sleep in Ciudad de México is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to forecast and shape regional demand, considering trends, pricing, and marketing while safeguarding inventory.

You will build Excel-based models, create multiple scenarios, align weekly with commercial teams by SKU, and support launches into new channels.

This role offers hybrid work, wellbeing initiatives, and growth opportunities within an international team.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in demand or supply planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
• Advanced English is essential as stakeholders are in different countries.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables.
• Nice to have: Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead forecasting and demand processes considering trends, pricing, and marketing while optimizing inventory to avoid stockouts.
• Create multiple demand scenarios using Excel-based forecasting models with historic data, pricing, and marketing variables.
• Manage the full Demand Review with weekly alignment across commercial teams by SKU for all channels.
• Support launches and new products and new sales channels with forecasting assumptions.
• Weekly tracking of forecasting performance: bias, DPA, size split, and category shares.
• Collaborate with Supply-Inventory and Ops to maximize inventory levels with dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.

Lead the forecasting and demand process by analyzing sales trends, pricing changes and marketing efforts as well as co-creating the comercial strategy while taking into account inventory levels and avoiding OOS.

Generate multiple demand escenarios with the use of Excel - Based forecasting models that include historic data, pricing and marketing variables such as: spend, traffic, convertion, etc.

Manage the full Demand Review process. Align with commercial teams weekly untis and sales plan by SKU for all sales channels.

Support in all different initiatives that include the launch of new products, as well as new sales channels for the region with forecasting assumptions.

Weekly track of our forecasting plan: BIAS, Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA), size split, share of categories, etc.

Alongside Supply-Inventory and Ops partners detect and elaborate demand scenarios to maximize our inventory levels while creating the necesarry dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to support your hypothesis as well as the track of the new process.

At leat 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply planning

Bachelor´s degree on Engineering, Administration…

Advanced Enlgish is a must, since most stakeholders are in different countries.

Advanced level in Excel: Vlookups, Sumifs, Pivot tables.

Nice to have: Power BI
