Grupo Quince22 seeks a Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst to join its Supply Chain team. The role focuses on turning sales and inventory data into actionable decisions that impact profitability and product availability.

You will drive demand forecasting across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce, coordinate with Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations, and support S&OP processes to balance supply and financial goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, allocation, inventory analysis, planning analysis, or similar in multi-channel retail/distribution.
• Experience with formal S&OP cycles is a plus.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer goods is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; familiar with planning systems.

Responsabilidades

• Demand planning and forecasting across all sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce).
• Build forecasts using data and business judgment considering new product launches and promotional calendars.
• Coordinate with supply chain, commercial, and distribution centers to allocate products where needed.
• Balance service levels with inventory optimization and manage inventory allocation strategies.
• Track KPI metrics like forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turnover, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate forecasting for new products and limited collections; plan for end-of-life products; align with global strategy.

Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst — Fashion/Retail

We are looking for a Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst to join our Supply Chain team.

We're looking for an analytical person with a strategic mindset who can turn sales and inventory data into decisions that impact product profitability and availability. This role is a key part of the company's S&OP process — you'll work closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and act as a link between Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations, helping align demand forecasts, supply capacity, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Demand planning and forecasting

• Take an active role in demand planning across all sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce).
• Build forecasts using both data and business judgment, based on:
• New product launches
• Promotional calendars

Supply and inventory management

• Work with the supply chain team, commercial team, and distribution centers to make sure products are allocated where they're needed.
• Balance service levels with inventory optimization.
• Manage inventory allocation strategies.

Performance and KPIs

Track and report on:

• Forecast accuracy
• Fill rate / service level
• Inventory turnover
• Spot gaps and drive improvement initiatives.

Product lifecycle and launches

• Coordinate forecasting and supply planning for new products and limited collections.
• Plan for end-of-life products to avoid excess inventory.
• Work with global brand teams to keep local execution aligned with global strategy.

Systems and process improvement

• Keep ERP and reporting data accurate and up to date.
• Build dashboards for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Demand Planner, Allocator, Inventory Analyst, Planning Analyst, or similar role in multi-channel retail/distribution. Experience with formal S&OP cycles is a plus.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer goods is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; familiar with planning systems.
• Comfortable working across teams (Commercial, Purchasing, Operations).
• Business-minded, with an understanding of financial and profitability metrics.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking.
• Intermediate English (able to read technical content and communicate with international brands)
• Forecast accuracy (MAPE, BIAS, and MAD metrics)
• Knowledge of inventory management: min/max levels, safety stock, reorder point, and EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).

●Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day from home (starts after the 3rd month)

●Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
