Qualification includes a High School diploma, strong English, and solid computer skills. The team emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Prior customer service experience desirable.
• Excellent English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Listen and respond to customers to understand needs and resolve issues politely.
• Accurately record customer feedback and actions in the tracking system.
• Provide information about products, services or programs to customers.
• Take parking reservations, determine charges and process payments.
• Escalate issues with details to Team Lead when needed.
• Assist with training other Customer Support members on programs and tools.
