OMEGA, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for hybrid work in Mexico City. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring project success through clear communication.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or associate degree and at least two years of administrative experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with the ability to work in an ISO environment.

Formación

• Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum two years administrative experience in a team environment desired.
• Work in ISO or another similar procedural environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review objectives monthly and perform annual performance reviews.
• Communicate daily with customers and internal teams.
• Work to be done at the Monterrey MX office or from a remote location.
