Farmers Group Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Customer Care BI Agent to support Business Insurance workflows, coordinating follow-ups and gathering information with agents. You will own routine tasks within defined processes, ensure accurate records in CRM, and escalate licensed issues as needed.

The role emphasizes timely communication and scalable operations in a collaborative, regulated environment. As part of a flexible, hybrid team, you’ll partner with Underwriting, Claims and Policy Support to

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Demonstrated written communication skills.
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
• Possesses strong technical aptitude.
• Experience working with CRM systems and standardized workflow tools.
• Experience in a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key point of contact for agents, providing updates, gathering information, and coordinating next steps.
• Manage follow-ups, documentation, and submissions to keep requests moving efficiently.
• Execute high-volume workflows using established processes, while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records and activity updates in CRM and workflow systems.
• Partner with internal teams such as Underwriting, Claims, and Policy Support to coordinate requests and resolve issues.
