Qualifications

• Fluent business English and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance frameworks to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Design and optimize commercial processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and report on commercial performance and controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across regional/global priorities.
• Support audit readiness and internal control processes.
• Advise finance communities on process improvements and governance best practices.
