Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Toluca, Mexico seeks an experienced Project Manager for Propulsion Systems to lead and coordinate complex propulsion projects with Stellantis and internal teams. The role will drive planning, tracking, and execution to meet milestones and budget constraints.

You will act as the main interface between the Stellantis plant and our engineering teams, ensuring clear communication, risk mitigation, and timely updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee propulsion system projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Stellantis plant and internal teams, ensuring alignment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client and company expectations.
• Conduct regular visits to the Stellantis plant to oversee progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders with transparency.
