Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks an experienced engineer to provide technical support to North America OEMs for AC compressors, controls, and accessories in Mexico and Central America. The role includes product selection, engineering support for new product implementations, production line support, warranty administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Fluent English and Spanish, with travel up to 25%, are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Strong HVAC background including chillers, heat pumps and air handlers.
• Knowledge of compression systems including scroll, screw and centrifugal technologies.
• Understanding of electronic control systems for chillers and heat pumps; BMS is desirable.
• Spanish and English proficiency; travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Copeland AC OEMs in NOLA (Mexico and Central America).
• Product selection and engineering support for new product implementations.
• Production line support for pilot runs and standard production; warranty administration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and act as liaison between customer and Copeland’s engineering team.
• Develop application profiles and customer training; translate/adapt product bulletins.
