Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks a technically skilled engineer to support AC OEM programs in Mexico and Central America. You will provide technical support for compressors, controls and accessories, assist with product selection, engineering changes, and production line pilot runs.

You will liaise with Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales and Operations, train customers, develop application profiles, and represent Copeland at industry events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as stated.
• Strong HVAC background including chillers, heat pumps and air handlers.
• Knowledge of compression systems including scroll, screw and centrifugal technologies.
• Understanding of electronic control systems for chillers and heat pumps, BMS desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills and customer focus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Copeland product portfolio to AC OEMs (compressors, controls, accessories).
• Assist with product selection and engineering support for new product implementations.
• Provide production line support for pilot runs and standard production.
• Handle warranty administration and sample coordination.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales and Operations.
• Act as liaison between customer and Copeland's engineering teams and lab personnel.
• Develop application profiles, deliver customer training, and adapt bulletins.
