Copeland is seeking a technically skilled engineer to support AC OEMs in Mexico and Central America. This role focuses on the full Copeland product portfolio including compressors, controls and accessories, with responsibilities spanning product selection, engineering support, pilot runs and warranty administration.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, have a strong HVAC background with chillers, heat pumps and air handlers, and be fluent in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Strong HVAC background including chillers, heat pumps and air handlers.
• Knowledge of compression systems (scroll, screw and centrifugal).
• Understanding of electronic control systems for chillers and heat pumps; BMS desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills; customer focus; Spanish and English proficiency.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for the full Copeland product portfolio to AC OEMs, including product selection and engineering support.
• Assist with production line support for pilot runs and standard production.
• Manage warranty administration and sample coordination.
• Interact with cross-functional teams and act as liaison between customers and Copeland product engineering.
• Develop application profiles and customer training materials.
