Carrier is seeking a Systems Modeling Engineer in Monterrey, Mexico, to develop and maintain performance models for water-cooled chiller systems. You will apply heat transfer, thermodynamics, and numerical methods to build and validate HVAC/R models, collaborating with global engineering teams.

The role emphasizes implementing algorithms in Fortran and C#, ensuring robust, scalable solutions and clear documentation of modeling assumptions and results.

Formación

• University Degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain HVAC system and component calculation models.
• Develop and maintain calculation software in Fortran and C#.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development Engineering, and global teams to translate requirements into models.
• Ensure model accuracy, robustness, and maintainability through validation.
• Document modeling assumptions, methods, and results for traceability.
