• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of thermal systems experience OR Master’s with 2+ years OR PhD in thermal systems domain.
• Experience in thermal analysis and simulations for chiller systems is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; attention to detail and schedule discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Perform thermal analysis and simulations to evaluate system performance.
• Support design and development of water-cooled chillers and component selection.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for design delivery.
• Assist in production readiness and issue resolution; contribute to design improvements.
