Carrier is seeking a Senior Thermal Systems Engineer specializing in water-cooled chiller systems to join our engineering team in Monterrey, Mexico. You will design, analyze, and optimize thermal systems for maximum efficiency and reliability, with a focus on data-center cooling solutions.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of work experience in thermal systems.
- Master's degree with 2+ years in thermal systems.
- PhD in thermal systems domain.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to evaluate system performance.
- Support design and development of chiller systems with component selection.
- Coordinate design delivery with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Assist initial production of chillers and participate in issue resolutions.
- Support product testing and validate results; implement design improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and competitive edge.
