Descripción de la vacante

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Project Engineer to drive development, launch, and ongoing improvement of residential HVAC products. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to ensure successful introductions, change implementation, and product support.

The role involves cross‑functional teamwork, ECN tracking, BOM impact assessments, and hands‑on engineering in a global manufacturing setting. Strong English skills and CAD proficiency are essential.

Formación

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
0-3 years of experience in Product/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or related area.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specs, and BOMs; understand manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through production launch.
Coordinate tasks and support cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.
Evaluate impacts of engineering changes on BOMs, processes, tooling, and documentation.
Provide technical support for manufacturing, quality, and product issues.
Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
Prepare technical documentation, validation reports, and project progress updates.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve product quality, manufacturability, and cost performance.
