Carrier is seeking a Project Engineer to support the development, launch and continuous improvement of residential HVAC products. You will collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure successful product introductions, engineering change implementation and ongoing product support.

The role requires hands-on engineering expertise, strong problem solving and the ability to work in cross-cultural teams with advanced English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics or related field.
• 0-3 years in Product/NPI/Manufacturing/Quality/Engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, Lean or Continuous Improvement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support New Product Introduction from development to production launch.
• Contribute to prototypes, pilot runs, validation and launch readiness.
• Coordinate project tasks and support cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Assist with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and BOM impact analysis.
• Provide technical manufacturing and quality support; participate in root cause investigations.
• Prepare technical documentation, validation reports and progress updates.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to improve quality, manufacturability and cost.
