Innomotics in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Support Professional (QC HV) to support bid creation for high voltage motor applications. You will review RFQs, prepare technically sound and commercially competitive quotations, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and sales teams.

Fluent English/Spanish communication is required; you will engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery while maintaining company compliance.

Formación

• Electrical/Mechanical/Automation engineering background required.
• Experience with industrial motors, rotating equipment, or electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of motor applications and customer requirements.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of document management systems and communication technologies.
• Preferred experience with High Voltage Motors applications.

Responsabilidades

• Review RFQs and technical specifications for High Voltage Motor applications.
• Develop technically compliant and commercially competitive proposals.
• Ensure quotation accuracy on scope, pricing, delivery, and terms.
• Support motor selection and application based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with factories, engineering, and technical specialists.
• Act as technical advisor to customers, sales, distributors, and partners.
• Clarify requirements with customers or sales reps.
• Support customer meetings, technical discussions, and proposals in Spanish and English.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and satisfaction.
• Coordinate quotation preparation within timelines.
• Ensure all bid information is complete and documented.
• Identify technical risks and commercial deviations during quotations.
• Obtain internal approvals per compliance guidelines.
• Monitor proposal status and support negotiations as needed.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Finance for alignment.
• Facilitate communication between local and regional teams.
