Autoliv, a leader in vehicle safety technologies, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to partner with management on HR policies, programs and initiatives. You will advise managers on employee relations and support compensation reviews, workforce planning, organizational development and change management.

You will drive training, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes while analyzing HR metrics to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with strong academic record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll administration, time and attendance management, or related HR operations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (TRESS HRIS) and payroll platforms; experience with Workforce Management tools is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with management and hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment, internal promotions, and talent development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, labor law cases, investigations, performance management, contracts, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and with Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor training programs, onboarding, work regulation training, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Analyze and report HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workforce trends) to inform decisions and continuous improvement.

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with management to implement corporate human resources policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations matters through a proactive and systematic approach. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting key HR processes, including compensation reviews, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment activities, internal promotions, and talent development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, labor law cases, incident investigations, performance management, contract terminations, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System requirements.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs, employee onboarding, work regulation training, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Analyze and report HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
