FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Head of Purchasing (Quality) based in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. The role leads the regional Supplier Quality organization, driving supplier qualification, development, and performance management to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities include APQP execution, supplier improvement, risk mitigation, and collaboration with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to meet quality and business objectives. Leadership and travel readiness are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Several years of leadership experience in Supplier Quality, Purchasing Quality, or Quality Management within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, supplier audits, and supplier development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel as required.
