Joyson Safety Systems seeks an experienced HR leader to design and lead talent management strategies, ensure labor compliance, and drive organizational development across the company. This role bridges management and employees to support safety, quality, and productivity targets.

The position focuses on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and regulatory compliance. Strong English and Mexican labor law expertise are essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong experience in personnel administration and management.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws (LFT) and IMSS processes.
  • Experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll structures.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and interaction with federal agencies.
  • Experience using HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors or similar).

Responsabilidades

  • Address employee questions, concerns, and suggestions, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor disciplinary actions, terminations, suspensions, and administrative reports.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and overall talent administration processes.
  • Plan, assign, and oversee work activities, including performance evaluation.
  • Administer compensation, recognition, and corrective actions.
  • Handle employee complaints and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Supervise, lead, and evaluate the HR team and direct reports.
  • Manage administrative processes related to government entities such as SEDENA, when applicable.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Quality Circles, Six Sigma).
  • Contribute to organizational goals related to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory and compliance training for all employees.

Role Summary
