Joyson Safety Systems in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead the regional commodity team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. You will develop commodity strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure alignment with global policies and cost objectives, while building strong internal and external partnerships.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in SCM or Engineering, MBA preferred, and 5–10 years’ experience with 3–5 years in strategic sourcing.

The Commodity Manager role is primarily focused on strategic activities within procurement. Activities include, but are not limited to development of commodity strategies, contract negotiations, program sourcing decisions and driving value and cost reductions. The Commodity Manger is responsible to select qualified suppliers and related services in accordance with company and corporate policies and procedures.
