Joyson Safety Systems is seeking a Data Architect to join our Monterrey team. You will drive data integration, governance, and BI using Power Platform tools across multiple departments in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities include building automated data pipelines, dashboards, and PLM workflows, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, and training end users on Power Platform applications. Bachelor's degree required, 1–2+ years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1-2+ years of data analytics, BI, or enterprise app development experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred; new grads are acceptable.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Power Automate.

Responsabilidades

• Data Integration & Information Management: identify, assess, and integrate disparate data sources across departments to eliminate silos.
• Design and maintain centralized data repositories using SharePoint, Power Apps and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop data governance standards, naming conventions, metadata structures, and security models.
• Build automated data pipelines and workflows using Power Automate.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and accessibility across business systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align with JSS-wide data standards.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics: develop dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI; create KPIs and metrics.
• PLM: design and administer PLM solutions using Microsoft Power Platform; configure product development workflows.
• Establish document version control and approval workflows using SharePoint.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT teams.
• Train end users on Power Platform apps and reporting tools; provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and user guides; stay current on Microsoft Power Platform and analytics technologies.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field such as Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• 1-2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise application development.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred; a recent college graduate is also acceptable.
• Experience with: Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Power Automate

Objectives and responsibilities:

• Data Integration & Information Management
• Identify, assess, and integrate disparate data sources across departments to eliminate information silos.
• Design and maintain centralized data repositories using SharePoint, Power Apps and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop data governance standards, naming conventions, metadata structures, and security models.
• Build automated data pipelines and workflows using Power Automate.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and accessibility across business systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align with JSS-wide data standards.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics
• Develop interactive dashboards and executive reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Create KPIs and performance metrics that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Design, develop, and administer a PLM solution using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Configure a Product Development workflow
• Establish document version control and approval workflows using SharePoint.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT teams.
• Train end users on Power Platform applications and reporting tools.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and analytics technologies.
