KI Industries, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Intern – Organizational Development in Querétaro, Mexico.

This role supports training coordination, organizational development, employee engagement, and internal communications while collaborating with experienced HR professionals in a global manufacturing company. The internship offers hands-on experience in culture-building and employee development and is ideal for students who are organized, creative, and eager to make a positive workplace

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a focus on detail and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Canva or video editing skills are a plus.
• Intermediate English is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and coordination of employee training programs.
• Assist with organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create and maintain internal communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.
• Help organize training sessions, workshops, and company events.
• Track training records and assist learning administration.
• Support HR projects focused on employee development and continuous improvement.

• Experience with Canva, graphic design, or video editing is a plus.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
