ECM - Electri-Cord Mfg is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR functions in Mexico. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws while upholding company standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient using MS Office, Canva, LinkedIn, ADP, and Google Forms.

Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and implementation of policy. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive work environment while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Staffing: Participation in the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding experience for new hires and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on organizational improvement.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Annual Performance Employee: Support the annual performance review process and assist managers in developing employee growth plans.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Benefits: Assist with benefits administration.
• Culture & Engagement: Organize activities an initiative that fosters a high-performance culture and improve employee retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Human Resources, Psychology, Administration.
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Language: English and Spanish
• Software MS Office, Canva, LinkedIn, ADP, Google forms, etc.
