OSW Mexico is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support our operations in Mexico and a small team in Texas. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR administration, and compliance, working with our Global HR Manager based in Australia.

You'll use Rippling to maintain employee records, support performance management, and drive HR process improvements across the region, coordinating with leaders and Finance to enable growth.

Formación

• 5+ years’ generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican employment law.
• Experience coordinating payroll.
• Professional English communication (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting HR in the USA is desirable.
• Rippling HRIS experience preferred.
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, hands-on and time-zone flexible.
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field.

We're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to support our established operations in Mexico and our small team in Texas, USA.

Working alongside our Global HR Manager based in Australia, you'll play a key role in delivering HR across the full employee lifecycle while helping improve processes, support leaders and contribute to our continued growth. You'll be joining a successful global business with operations across Australia, Mexico, the United States, Singapore, Europe and Asia.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

About the Role

As our HR Generalist, you'll work closely with managers, employees and our global HR and Finance teams to deliver practical, commercially focused HR support across Mexico and the USA.

You'll manage everything from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, compliance and HRIS management using Rippling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support across Mexico and the USA.

About You

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican employment legislation.
• Experience managing or coordinating payroll.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting HR operations in the USA is highly desirable.
• Experience using an HRIS, with Rippling experience highly regarded.
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.
• The ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
