Mubea in Celaya, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to oversee talent acquisition, payroll, and employee relations. You will manage HR programs and ensure compliance with labor laws within the automotive sector.

Resumen

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for control and oversee activities related to talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, labor relations, training, work environment, health and safety, and employee services. Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures established in the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) and Federal Labor Law (LFT). Manage and monitor departmental KPIs, ensuring timely achievement of objectives set for the Human Resources department.

Tareas y responsabilidades

• Support implementations of HR programs and policies for Mubea cyclone in Mexico.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters), coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
• Serve as point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Support employee movements, absenteeism, performance management, termination requests.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Support workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Manage employee leaves, including status updates and return to work plans.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive and compliant work environment.

Estudios / Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related.
• At least 7 years of experience in similar positions on automotive industry or aviation industry is a plus.
