Wallenius Wilhelmsen seeks an experienced Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management professional to plan, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety and environmental programs. You will lead risk assessments, develop control mechanisms for new projects, and ensure compliance with Mexican regulations and internal policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, STPS/Civil Protection certifications, and at least 2 years in

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Protection, or related field.
• Training certificates in STPS regulations, Civil Protection, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• DC5 certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, implement, and establish control mechanisms for Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.
• Lead risk assessments and establish work standards in line with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Reduce injury risk by improving industrial safety, hygiene, ergonomics, and environmental conditions.
• Manage documentation for the Integrated Management System and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide training on IMS processes and procedures to administrative and operational personnel.
• Develop and monitor the annual Safety Assessment and Work Plan; coordinate annual training.
• Advise on process flows, standard work methods, and changes for new projects from an OH&S perspective.
• Manage suppliers and non-conformities; conduct internal IMS audits; coordinate hazard and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Protection, NOMs, and environmental regulations at the site.
