Syngenta Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for Mesoamérica based in Mexico City. You will lead HSE priorities, advise management on risks and compliance, and drive the local implementation of HSE processes to support business goals.

You will collaborate with regional specialists to design tailored HSE services, manage diverse stakeholders, and contribute to global HSE strategy in the region. Excellent English and robust HSE credentials are required.

Formación

• Strong negotiation and prioritization capabilities.
• Experience in project and change management within HSE.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sites/managers to set HSE priorities and design service portfolio.
• Advise management on HSE changes, risks, and people development.
• Support leaders in building HSE capabilities to enable business strategy.
• Lead local implementation of HSE processes (injury reporting, audits).
• Provide expert HSE advice and ensure compliance with codes of practice and laws.
• Monitor compliance with HSE codes and legal requirements.
• Lead Mexico and CAC HSE projects defined by the global strategy.
