Bayer CropScience Limited in Mexico (Villagrán) is seeking an HSE Technician to implement corporate HSE requirements, assess risks, and promote a safety culture across a plant with 300 seasonal workers and 100 office staff.

The role collaborates with plant leadership, regulators, and global HSE networks to maintain license to operate, conduct inspections, trainings, and manage documentation and certifications including ISO standards.

Formación

• University degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year in HSE, manufacturing, or industrial ops.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO standards.
• Experience with environmental, health, and safety management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor HSE requirements at plant operations.
• Conduct site inspections for compliance with safety and environmental laws.
• Lead internal audits and incident investigations.
• Coordinate training and documentation for HSE programs.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in HSE practices.
