Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HSE Intern to support the Health, Safety, and Environment department in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

The role includes implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, supporting audits, maintaining records, and assisting in training sessions. Spanish fluency is required; English is a plus. This part-time trainee position offers exposure to Valeo's global safety culture.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, or related).
• Strong understanding of basic HSE principles and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing and monitoring HSE policies and programs.
• Support risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Participate in safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend actions.
• Maintain HSE records and documentation, including incident reports and training logs.
• Support organization and delivery of HSE training sessions for employees.
• Contribute to development of HSE communication materials.
• Assist in waste management and environmental compliance activities.
• Collaborate with departments to promote a strong safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HSE Manager.
