Valeo North America is seeking a finance intern to join our global finance team in Querétaro. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across financial operations and support for audits within a multinational automotive supplier.

Responsabilidades

• Update the NQC file daily to remove users with Excel access only for viewing.
• Support audits by providing documentation for Headcount and OES cycle time.
• Track SCRAP sales.
• Update the NQC Dashboard.
• Record financial data and maintain accurate records.
• Learn and apply financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

Job Summary

VALEO NORTH AMERICA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance intern to join our finance department. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various financial operations within a global automotive supplier.

Job Responsibilities

• Update the NQC file shared daily with the plant to remove users who have an Excel account solely for viewing this report.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and information. Audits: Headcount & OES cycle time.
• Track SCRAP sales
• Update the NQC Dashboard.
• Record financial data and maintain accurate financial records.
• Learn and apply financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support.
