Thales Group in Cuernavaca seeks an experienced HSE & IMS Manager to deploy, maintain, and improve health, safety, environment, energy, and integrated management systems. You will ensure legal compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

The role requires leadership of internal auditors, coordinating with external regulators, and delivering timely action plans while aligning with corporate requirements.

Formación

• Formal education in engineering or a related field with HSE/Quality focus.
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949 environments.
• Strong auditing, regulatory compliance, and management system deployment skills.

Responsabilidades

• Legal compliance management across HSE and quality domains.
• Coordinate integrated audits and closure of findings.
• Lead site strategy for ISO 45001/ISO 14001 and certification readiness.
• Manage management reviews, reporting, and KPI visibility.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and internal auditor teams.
