Hitachi Energy in Reynosa seeks a Campus HSE Manager to lead safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites.

You will drive risk reduction, ensure regulatory compliance, and embed continuous improvement by partnering with site leaders. Fluent in Spanish and English; minimum 8 years in HSE, preferably in manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and HSE management systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead campus-wide HSE strategies and initiatives.
• Foster proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction.
• Maintain and improve HSE management systems across multiple locations.
• Partner with leadership to integrate HSE priorities into business decisions and operational plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national HSE regulations and standards.
• Monitor performance trends, analyze risks, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to campus leaders and HSE professionals.
• Collaborate across sites to identify, share, and implement HSE best practices.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
