Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with HR systems.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly with HRIS implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement an HRIS strategy aligned with HR and business objectives.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and upgrade of HRIS systems.
• Ensure timely technical support for HRIS users and maintain user documentation.
