BMW MEXICO is seeking an HRIS, Payroll & Digitalization Trainee to support HR Operations and Payroll across Mexico, NSC, NFSC, and the LATAM region. You will assist in executing end-to-end payroll tasks, coordinating employee benefits and supporting the testing and rollout of key HR digital initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of payroll or HRIS-related experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data integrity focus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and validate payroll processing and data entries.
• Coordinate and execute employee benefits programs.
• Support HR digital transformation through testing and data migrations.
• Maintain documentation for HR controls and SOPs.
• Generate payroll and HRIS reports ensuring data confidentiality.
