BMW Group Mexico is seeking an HRIS, Payroll & Digitalization Trainee to support HR Operations and Payroll across BMW Group Mexico, NSC, NFSC, and the LATAM region. You will assist in executing end-to-end payroll tasks, coordinating employee benefits and supporting the testing and rollout of key HR digital initiatives.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in payroll support, HR operations, HRIS maintenance, or finance operations (relevant internships or academic project experience are highly valued).
• Strong digital and analytical background: familiarity with HRIS/payroll platforms and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (fluent written and spoken communication skills).
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a process-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and validate recurring payroll processing, data entries, and reconciliation tasks in alignment with internal policies, segregation of duties, and local compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate and execute key employee benefits programs.
• Support HR digital transformation projects by participating in system testing, configuration support, data migrations, and reporting project progress or technical bugs to project leads.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all HR operational controls, process updates, and standard operating procedures to ensure audit readiness.
• Generate month-end and ad-hoc payroll, benefits, and HRIS metrics reports while ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process optimization, proposing pragmatic adjustments to automate routine tasks and enhance system performance.
