Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. seeks a seasoned Workday analytics specialist to lead reporting and HR data initiatives in a fully remote role. The candidate will leverage advanced Workday reporting tools and Prism Analytics to deliver actionable insights and governance across HR processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Workday reporting with a university degree (or 3+ years with a master’s) and strong English communication to collaborate with stakeholders. Remote work and advanced English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a University degree.
• 3+ years of experience with a master’s degree, preferably within an HR function.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports; Advanced Calculated Fields; Discovery Boards; Storyboards; Worksheets; and Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting).
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a University degree,
or 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a master’s degree, preferably within an HR function.
Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports; Advanced Calculated Fields; Discovery Boards; Storyboards; Worksheets; and Workday Prism Analytics.
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues, validate data accuracy, and recommend scalable technical solutions.
Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices.
Solid experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance.
Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets to validate the data, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
