RealTruck México is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and maintain the HRMS, ensuring data integrity and adapting the system to evolving business needs. You will troubleshoot issues, develop reports, and support training while identifying improvement opportunities across processes and data governance.

The role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, participation in system upgrades, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, MIS, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HRIS experience in a complex organization.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and configure HRIS data, including system tables, workflow, and security.
• Review data quality and resolve integrity issues through audits.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; deliver training.
• Assist with HRIS projects and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze system changes and document impact on processes and testing.
• Provide system support and propose solutions to meet requirements.
• Identify process improvements and reduce redundancies in HRIS workflows.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to support business needs.
• Stay updated on HRMS trends and related technology.
