Heartland Food Products Group busca un HRBP Senior Ops para apoyar operaciones de manufactura y cadena de suministro. Será asesor estratégico para líderes y formará parte del equipo de Recursos Humanos en planta.

El candidato ideal tiene al menos 10 años en HR, experiencia en relaciones laborales, cumplimiento laboral y gestión del talento, con dominio de inglés (B2) y Excel avanzado. Posición onsite en planta, con viaje ocasional.

Formación

  • Se exige licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Industriales, Derecho o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia deposgrado, certificaciones o formación especializada en HR/Organizational Development son preferentes.
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia progresiva en HR, preferiblemente en manufactura, industria o cadena de suministro.
  • Experiencia como HR Business Partner apoyando operaciones de manufactura y liderazgo empresarial.
  • Fuerte experiencia en relaciones laborales, normativa laboral, procesos disciplinarios, resolución de conflictos y prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Experiencia en entornos sin sindicato es muy valorada.
  • Dominio intermedio-avanzado de inglés (B2).
  • Excel avanzado (Pivot, fórmulas, análisis de datos de personal).
  • Experiencia con HRIS y plataformas de HR tech.
  • Experiencia en reclutamiento, evaluación de talento y gestión de personas.
  • Disposición para trabajar onsite en entorno de manufactura con interacción en piso de producción.

Responsabilidades

  • Asesorar a líderes de negocio y operaciones para ejecutar la estrategia de HR alineada a prioridades y objetivos operativos.
  • Brindar orientación estratégica en relaciones laborales, desempeño, efectividad organizacional, desarrollo de talento y planificación de la fuerza de trabajo.
  • Garantizar cumplimiento de políticas de la empresa, legislación laboral y gobernanza de HR.
  • Supervisar y desarrollar líderes y gerentes en liderazgo, relaciones laborales, desempeño y desarrollo.
  • Diseñar e implementar iniciativas de adquisición, retención, sucesión y desarrollo de talento.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategic Human Resources Business Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor to business and operations leaders, driving the people strategy across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This role is responsible for developing leadership capability, strengthening employee relations, ensuring labor compliance, and fostering a high-performance, union-free culture that enables operational excellence, workforce stability, and sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with operational HR expertise and has the ability to influence leaders, translate data into action, and lead organizational change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and operations leaders to execute the HR strategy aligned with organizational priorities and operational objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, corporate programs, and HR governance standards.
  • Coach and develop frontline leaders and managers on leadership, employee relations, performance management, coaching, feedback, and disciplinary processes.
  • Advise managers on employee-related decisions, strengthening leadership accountability for employee experience and team performance.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition, retention, succession, and development initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Identify critical talent and key positions, driving succession planning and organizational capability development.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate organizational structure, workforce capability, and resource planning, recommending organizational design solutions that improve operational effectiveness and business performance.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives while promoting a respectful, compliant, and union-free work environment.
  • Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and organizational health to develop proactive action plans.
  • Drive the performance management process by ensuring objective evaluations, continuous feedback, and individual development planning.
  • Provide guidance on consistent and fair application of corrective and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor legislation.
  • Monitor and interpret HR KPIs, transforming workforce data into actionable business insights for operational leadership.
  • Lead HR compliance activities related to customer audits, certification bodies, Quality Management Systems, ethical standards, customer Code of Conduct requirements, and Mexican labor regulations by coordinating audit documentation, validating compliance evidence, assessing findings, and driving corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
  • Present meaningful HR insights and risk assessments to leadership, enabling timely and informed decision-making.
  • Champion employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and culture initiatives that strengthen commitment across both hourly and salaried employees.
  • Act as a change agent by leading organizational change initiatives and facilitating the adoption of new processes, practices, and business transformations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by complying with all Health & Safety requirements and reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Report any Food Safety or Quality concerns in accordance with company policies and Quality Management Systems.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies, certifications, or specialized training in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related disciplines are preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing operations and business leadership.
  • Strong background in employee relations, labor law, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and labor risk prevention.
  • Experience working within union-free organizations is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced manufacturing operations with high-volume workforce populations.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and workforce data analysis.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and HR technology.
  • Experience with recruitment, talent assessment, and people management tools.
  • Availability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment with frequent interaction on the production floor.
  • Flexibility to support operational schedules and occasional business travel.
