Job summary

Stori seeks an HRBP Operations Manager to serve as the main HR partner for a large call center (~500 employees) and report to the VP People. You will lead two HR analysts, drive automation and process clarity, and coordinate with Operations on the 2027 staffing plan.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HRBP roles, strong labor-law knowledge, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced operations environment. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; unions experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in HRBP or similar role, ideally in call center/operations.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and grievance procedures.
• Experience leading people and supporting operations teams of 200+.

Responsibilities

• Own efficiency and automation of high-volume HR work using AI.
• Document and improve HR processes for consistency and handoff.
• Develop 2027 people plan with Operations and People leadership.
• Handle labor relations, grievances, terminations and exits.
• Partner with Operations to recruit and engage talent; drive retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law; design training to close skill gaps.
• Lead and develop two HR analysts.
