Job summary

Siemens Energy in Mexico offers a Human Resources Trainee position within the STEM in Action Program. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting HR operations, onboarding, lifecycle documentation, and data management in a multicultural environment.

The role covers recruiting support for early-career profiles, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement in HR services. Fluency in English and Spanish is valued; Portuguese a plus. Full-time availability required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing, close to completing, or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, Accounting, Economics, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Full-time availability for the trainee programme.
• Internship, academic project, volunteer, or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, data updates, transfers, and lifecycle documentation.
• Maintain employee records, trackers, and HR-system information with confidentiality.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, services, and programmes.
• Support recruiting for early-career profiles, including interviews and university events.
• Prepare reports, audit support, and HR admin materials.
• Collaborate with HR Services, Talent Acquisition, managers, and universities.
