Formación

• Minimum 3 years in HR technology with a Master’s degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience implementing or maintaining HRIS/HMS/Payroll systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and data governance skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supports development, maintenance, and support of HR systems (HRIS, LMS, Timekeeping, Payroll).
• Coordinates with stakeholders across departments for effective HR technology implementation.
• Prepares reports and dashboards for HR decision-making and compliance.
