ZF LIFETEC is seeking an HR SSC Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive multisite recruitment across Chihuahua, Reynosa, La Laguna and R&D Center. You will develop strategic initiatives to attract diverse candidates and establish requirements based on organizational plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in recruitment (in-house or agency), automotive experience, and advanced English. relocation to La Laguna, Chihuahua or Reynosa is possible.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Automotive experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in-house or agency recruitment.
• Experience building talent pools in Operations, R&D, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to actively source passive candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multisite recruitment across Chihuahua, Reynosa, La Laguna and R&D Center.
• Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives for diverse candidates.
• Define recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives.
• Network through channels, databases and social media to source candidates.
• Apply HR recruiting best practices and influence hiring decisions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Support overall HR objectives and recruitment goals.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for multisite recruitment (Chihuahua, Reynosa, La Laguna and R&D Center)
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
• Network through various agreed channels, database, social media
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Automotive Experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally within in-house recruitment / agencies.
• Experience in building talent pools in the areas of Operations (Production Plants), R&D, IT, Supply Chain, etc.
• Proven experience in actively sourcing passive candidates.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advance English language skills.
• High level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to relocate (this position can be in La Laguna, Chihuahua or Reynosa)
