ZF LIFETEC in Reynosa, MX is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Spec-Inventory to optimize inventory performance and coordinate supply base activities. You will analyze turnover, days of inventory on hand, and labor productivity while ensuring timely material receipt and accurate material cuts.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering, 5+ years with suppliers, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferable) or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience within suppliers, including experience negotiating with and managing the supply base post-negotiations (Experience in Automotive industry desirable).
• Experience in cross-functional team environment
• Prior experience with sourcing processes/decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP.
• High level of independent judgment & High Ethical Standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate key inventory performance metrics such as turnover ratios, cost-benefit trade-offs, days of inventory on hand, labor productivity and inventory valuation.
• Monitor raw material shipments to ensure receipt of material.
• Ensure that raw material cuts are not generated.
• Have detailed knowledge of manufacturing planning, master production scheduling, product definition, inventory control, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, shop floor control, warehousing, transportation and purchasing business functions.
• Close open PO's in the system that are no required.
