A global development company located in San Luis Potosí is seeking an HR Specialist to manage recruitment processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience in both recruitment and EHS. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
• 3+ years of experience in EHS.
• Knowledge of IMSS law and social security requirements related to EHS.

DESCRIPTION

• Execution of the recruitment and selection process

• Post open positions on the company's platforms and communication channels

• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates

• Maintenance of recruitment platforms

• Ensure the hiring process

• Ensure safety compliance and local regulations

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.

• Supervise the distribution, inventory, and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Organize and lead training sessions focused on safety and regulatory compliance

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements in EHS matters

• Execution of EHS processes
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.

• +3 years of experience in recruitment

• +3 years of experience in EHS

• Strong knowledge in EHS regulations and legislation

• Knowledge of IMSS law and social security requirements related to EHS

• Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025

• Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5´S
